EMDR Clinical Consultation

You don’t need to be pursuing a credential to want support with EMDR!

Are you an EMDR therapist who is looking for one time or on-going EMDR clinical consultation that does not involve any credentialing?

We got you!

Consultation Investment:

  • $160/60-minutes

  • $240/90-minutes

You don’t need to be pursuing a credential to want support with EMDR!

EMDR therapy is more than following an eight-phase protocol. Clinical work requires thoughtful case conceptualization, an understanding of the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model, attention to client readiness, and the ability to adapt your approach to the unique needs and experiences of each client.

Sometimes you have a clinical question. Sometimes a case isn’t progressing the way you expected. Sometimes you want to think through a complicated presentation, explore a difference approach, or have a colleague help you consider what you might be missing.

You don’t have to be working toward EMDR certification or consultant status to benefit from consultation!

At Maverique Therapeutic Services, we offer individualized EMDR clinical consultation for therapists who want to strengthen their clinical skills, deepen their understanding of EMDR, and develop a practice that is both effective and responsive to the people they serve.

What can we work on together?

EMDR clinical consultation is tailored to your questions, professional goals, and clinical experiences. Depending on what you bring, our work may include:

  • Case conceptualization: Understanding client presentations through the AIP model, identifying potential targets, and exploring treatment planning within the Three-pronged approach.

  • Clinical decision-making: Thinking through client readiness, preparation, pacing, blocking beliefs, stalled processing, and other clinical questions.

  • Adapting EMDR to your clients: Exploring how to make EMDR more accessible and responsive for Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, intellectually disabled, chronically ill, physically disabled, LGBTQIA+, and other clients living in marginalization in society.

  • Integrating approaches: Exploring the thoughtful integration of parts work, sexuality-informed care, and other compatible clinical frameworks within EMDR practice.

  • Working through clinical uncertainty: Getting another perspective when you feel stuck, question your approach, or want to explore options before your next session.

  • Developing your clinical confidence: Strengthening your understanding of EMDR while identifying areas for continued learning and growth.

  • Ethics and cultural humility: Examining how power, identity, systemic oppression, and professional assumptions influence clinical conceptualization and treatment.

You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly formulated question. We can use our time to identify what you need, explore your options, and determine what might be useful to take back into your clinical work.
