Therapy that makes room for all of YOU.
Are you tired of being your own harshest critic? Do you find yourself questioning your feelings, struggling to understand your brain, or wondering why certain relationship patterns keep showing up in your life?
Maybe you grew up feeling responsible for other people's emotions. Perhaps you learned to keep the peace, minimize your own needs, or question whether your feelings were valid. Maybe you are navigating relationships, identity, or expectations that no longer feel right for you.
You deserve a space where you do not have to justify your experiences to be taken seriously.
Meet Tia!
Pre-Licensed Professional Counselor | She/Her
I believe therapy should be a collaborative experience, not a place where someone else claims to be the expert on your life.
I bring my education, clinical knowledge, and therapeutic tools into our work together. You bring your lived experience, perspectives, and understanding of yourself. We work together to make sense of what you are experiencing and explore what might help.
One of my strengths as a therapist is attunement. I pay attention to the person in front of me and work to create a space where you can show up without having to perform, explain away your feelings, or worry about being judged.
Outside of the therapy room, I live with my partner and our cats. I am a huge fantasy nerd and love staying active.
I believe there is room for both the serious work of understanding ourselves and the joy of being human. Our lives are complex, and therapy can make space for all of it.

Let’s see if we are a good fit!
You do not need to arrive with a clear plan, the right language, or a complete understanding of what you want to change.
If you are looking for a therapist who values collaboration, approaches your experiences with curiosity rather than judgment, and recognizes the impact of relationships and larger systems on your well-being, I welcome you to explore whether working together might be a good fit.
You deserve a therapeutic relationship where your voice matters, your experiences are taken seriously, and there is room to figure things out together.
